Casa Coco de Langosta

Casa Coco is a pleasant 100-meter walk via a neighborhood trail to spectacular and private white sand Playa Langosta. The Spanish style villa has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths and sleeps up to 12. All 3 bedrooms are air-conditioned bed and bath suites. The master bedroom has a king bed with a balcony overlooking the pool. The 2nd bedroom has a versatile family layout with 1 queen bed and 3 built-in single bunk beds. The 3rd bedroom has a private entrance off the pool with a king bed and twin sofa bed. In addition, a sofa bed is in the living room for extra guests.

Casa Coco is perfect for a large family, 3 couples or a remote work getaway with fiber internet, smart tvs, washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen with a wine fridge, grill and gated parking. A local market and several restaurants are just a block from the villa. Learn to surf (we will connect you with English-speaking instructors and boards), charter a fishing boat or spend a day scuba diving. Just a mile down the beach in Tamarindo enjoy open-air restaurants, abundant nightlife, and boutique shopping. Relax in the private, lighted pool with sounds of Howler monkeys and colorful birds. Savor the tropical sunsets on Playa Langosta after playing in the waves of the warm Pacific Ocean waters.

  We loved our stay at Casa Coco, very cozy house, the private pool is great to hang out in family and has a nice temperature.
  
  The house's location is prime, walking distance to everything you may need.
  
  This is great for families, the room with the bunk beds is peerfect for children, very spacious and comfortable.

  I planned my celebratory adventure to Costa Rica in February. The need to quench my thirst for the beach was found at this residence. The friends and family in my company were surprised by the accomodations, comfort and proximity to the beach of this property. It's gated with an alarm system just like your car! The A/C in the bedrooms provided sweet dream time. We did not use the bikes as walking was not long to town. We appreciated them being available. The outdoor shower aided in sand removal before entering the house. The outdoor space with pool, grill, patio furniture was where we relaxed and played hook and ring game. A favorite game of mine to play. There is an appropriate amount of beds for the six individual adults to sleep in their own. This house was big and cozy for us with private space for privacy and great gathering space. I appreciate the wood throughout. Available washer and dryer makes packing lite and this house feel more like home. The Five Star Tamarindo Property Management team were wonderful, they made our trip with their knowledge of the area. The connections to local businesses for our adventures was seamless from surf boards to sunset cruise and anything with the house was a fingertip or call away.

  Beautiful house with an amazing backyard. We were able to watch wildlife while soaking in the pool.. the rooms were big with spacious closets.. it was fun to get a golf cart and ride into Tamarindo! But it was fun ER to drive back toThe house and cool off in the private backyard pool!!
  The Five Star team went above and beyond. They set trips for us and also set up shuttle to visit a clinic with an unexpected injury.. they are a one stop shop...

  Casa Coco was gorgeous and was the perfect place for our stay in Playa Langosta. Casa Coco is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but close enough if you also want to walk into Tamarindo for a little more excitement. The staff from Five Star Tamarindo were amazing making sure all our needs were taken care of even when travel requirements changed in the middle of our stay, they were on top of it all! We’d definitely return and now that we know how roomy and spacious Casa Coco is we’ll probably bring more people to enjoy this lovely oasis.

  We stayed at Casa Coco for two whole weeks and it was fantastic. First off Natalia from 5 Star Rentals was so responsive and helpful before and during our stay. She arranged transportation to and from airport as well as our covid tests. She also made some of the best restaurant suggestions including green papaya.
  She also helped arrange our golf cart rental with native way which we also highly recommend.
  We were very happy with the location of the rental as it’s close to town, many restaurants and 1 walking block to playa langosta beach. We also walked to langosta beach club for lunch and massages. I appreciated the condition of the house- the amenities (fully stocked kitchen), though recommend a new blender and a few maintenance issues that need to be fixed~ like dripping sinks. The pool was very relaxing after a day at the beach though could use some tlc on the grout which is older/ dirty looking. That said the pool itself was clean and cared for.
  
  Our only disappointment was the layout of the home. We have a young child and both additional bedrooms are not connected to the house. They are attached but you can only access from outside. If someone is staying in one of those rooms they could only access the house if the person from inside the house let them in. Also those rooms surround the pool which is a child safety issue. We had our 9 yr old sleep on pull out couch the entire trip inside the living room and never used the two bedrooms for sleeping which was a huge waste. I wish this was more clear in review or when we booked the house noting a child -9 that we were made aware so we had a heads up prior to booking.

  Casa Santosha is the perfect vacation villa! Terrific location right outside Tamarindo, 1 block from Playa Langosta. A mart is right on the corner and amazing El Sapo pizza right there as well. The villa is gorgeous, clean and well maintained. We didn’t want to leave!!!

  Casa Santosha is a beautiful and comfortable home with everything we needed. The kitchen is fully stocked. The bedrooms are spacious and private. The pool is perfect for relaxing by. The house is convenient to a market and is a short walk to the beach, to catch the most amazing sunsets.

  The place is super-comfortable, super-clean, and super-convenient. Close to everything. It makes you feel like your at your own private house in Costa Rica minus the junk mail. Five Star was there if I needed anything. They even helped with transportation for me to the airport.
