Step through Casa Linden´s iron gate and you are immediately whisked away to your very own tropical paradise. Take in the distant sounds of the ocean waves, palm trees, exotic plants and colorful flora, as they welcome you on your way to the regal entrance. Once inside, make yourself at home in our cozy and inviting Balinese style living room, featuring a modern mix of dark wood accents, a beautiful stone wall and polished sand colored concrete floors, that make you feel as if you are already at the beach. Here you´ll have plenty of space to lounge on the comfortable, plush sofa and chairs, as you gaze out the wall of windows and glass door, to the stunning tropical oasis that awaits you in the courtyard. Enjoy views of the crystal clear, turquoise serenity pool, the lush greenery and the grand gazebo from any angle of the spacious living area, and open kitchen, where you will find everything at your disposal to create fantastic home cooked meals. For a quick bite, take advantage of the bar seats at the island or for a true taste of relaxation take your meals outside to the outdoor dining table, while enjoying the warm tropical breeze as it plays a magical tune on the wind chimes. To change up the routine, take your cooking outside to the large outdoor kitchen with BBQ, while guests line the surrounding seats to watch on and entertain the chef. When it's time to rest you won't have to wander too far before arriving at your Master suite, with a Queen size bed, en-suite bathroom, and French doors leading directly to the outdoor terrace. A second bedroom with a Queen size bed can be found right beside the Master, which shares a bathroom with the general living space.

When you’re ready to explore your surroundings, make your way down a tree covered path, only a few minutes away, to the white sand of Playa Langosta. Relax under the shade of the tropical trees, falling asleep with the ocean breeze. Take a much needed break from cooking and enjoy a leisurely walk around the corner to one of the local restaurants, where you can indulge in a delightful meal, while making new memories with your guests. If you´re looking for an adventure, take your group to Playa Tamarindo to explore a larger variety of restaurants from around the world, small shops full of local art and many venues that host activities for all of the members of your group such as a lovely hike to two of the most iconic waterfalls in Costa Rica.

Your health and safety are our priority, which is why our staff have been thoroughly trained to provide a clean and safe environment. Required to wear face masks and gloves when necessary, they will always maintain the required social distance from guests and respect privacy.Hand sanitizer, alcohol spray, and other cleaning agents such as disposable wipes are provided in all of our villas for use during your stay. All “high-touch” surfaces such as doorknobs, locks, remote controls, fan pulls, etc., and their surrounding areas, are meticulously sanitized during daily cleaning and inspections, once bedroom and bathroom cleaning has been completed. Kitchen and common areas will be cleaned when guests are outside of the premises to ensure you are undisturbed. Objects like fridges, countertops, etc. are cleaned and disinfected before staff leave the area allowing you to re-enter the villa with confidence knowing that your oasis is pristine.

  We rented Casa Linden in playa langosta and had a great week. The location was perfect for walking into Tamarindo, the house was comfortable with great outdoor/ pool space and MJ at 5star was quick and easy to communicate with and answered all our questions. The concierge, Romi was very helpful with transportation reservations, golf cart, food and activity recommendations. Beautiful house and perfect location

  Playa Langosta/Tamarindo is easy access from Liberia Airport. Rent a car, Costa Rica is not a hard place to drive and the freedom will be worth the expense. I had reserved an ocean view condo that became unavailable due to a maintenance issue and Natalia from 5 Star was able to reaccommodate us to Casa Linden. Natalia did an exceptional job on short notice finding a very comparable or better property. Casa Linden is 1 block from the beach with direct access across public land to Playa Langosta, a lovely and comparatively undeveloped stretch of beach in contrast to busy nearby Tamarindo. The beach is swimable at high tide, but like many local beaches is very rocky at low tide. The surf break is a well-used alternative to Tamarindo. With the beach so close by we never missed not having a direct view. There is a pizza bar directly across from the beach path for your daily sunset drink, and a very complete neighborhood market.
  Casa Linden is a walled single-family hacienda built with a Bali influence. Stone walls, post & beam, lots of glass with private courtyard views. Great plunge pool with steps for lounging. Comfortable and plentiful deck furniture surrounded by cabana walls and privacy fencing for near total seclusion. Grounds are maintained by a talented gardener. Impressive night-time lighting that illuminates the courtyard and architecture. There is limited dinning in Langosta and mostly pizza and pasta in Tamarindo, so we frequently used Casa Linden’s bar-b-q and well-equipped kitchen. The house was very clean and well prepared. Comes with all the basics including a pair of beach chairs and towels. Mari gave us a ton of information during our check-in and had plenty of helpful suggestions. Great experience with both the house and the ladies from 5 Star.

  Casa Linden was the perfect private spot to enjoy Costa Rica. The casa and casita were everything we expected and more. Beautiful balinese style. The tropical gardens were lush and huge! The gazebo/outdoor kitchen was an unexpected bonus space. Natalia and Mario truly made our stay Five Star.

  My husband, our 7 year old daughter and myself went to Casa Linden for two weeks and it was one of the most relaxing vacation we had. The house has a beautiful front garden with plants and flowers, secured gate, automatic gate for the car to drive in. But the surprise is in the back, with the pool, the outside cabana for morning breakfast/coffee and drinks in the evening, the hamac and all the plants. It is very private yet less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. The house is sparkling clean, beds very comfortable and kitchen has everything you need (although we went out pretty much every evening to eat out). The location is great as it’s quiet but you are walking distance to some good restaurants and if you want more action it’s a 5 min drive to Tamarindo. The beach in front is perfect for snorkelling and loved the walk to cross the estuary. We would definitively go back!
