  House is just as pristine as in the pictures. Location is central to town and we took advantage of the golf car to get around. Supermarket was just outside the community and restaurants within. 5-10 minute drive from house. House had everything you needed; so be sure to do an inventor check before buying stuff like condiments. Our concierge Romina was also very responsive and provided altered when the weather was raining. I stayed with my husband and two boys and the home was perfect for us.

  Located in the beautiful gated community of Senderos, the house, grounds and pool are beautifully maintained and the bedrooms very comfortable.
  Close enough to the center of town and the beach (less than 5 minutes away), but far enough away to enjoy peace and tranquility.
  The staff at Five Star are the best and respond immediately to any questions you have while planning your trip and throughout your stay.

  WE LOVED THIS PLACE!!!!! The home is very secure and the entire development is full of amazing custom houses which is manned 24/7. The rooms were very spacious and each had their own attached bathroom, the lighting could be adjusted in the bathrooms as it was a bit hard to get ready with the lights being so dim. Also they have a great water filter and we were so close to the grocery store it was very easy to keep the house stocked with everything we needed. The home was very clean, exactly like the pictures and we loved lounging outside. Five Star Tamarindo management was AMAZING!!!! They took care of everything and we LOVED working with them. 100% would rent from them again and would be recommend this home to anyone who wants an amazing luxury experience. We did a boat tour, beach clubs and countless beach dinners and one of the best spa days I have EVERY had at Los Altos.

  What a great stay! The house is very clean and modern, the pool and outdoor space was perfect. Neighborhood is gated and being developed quickly--construction in the area was not a bother at all.   We loved staying at Casa Nya. We were greeted at the house by Ana of Five Star Tamarindo upon arrival. She was a wealth of knowledge and gave us a full tour of the house, its amenities, and information about the neighborhood and nearby stores, restaurants, beaches etc. Throughout our trip, Five Star Tamarindo was just a text message away. They took care of all of our excursions, called cabs for us, scheduled in-home Covid testing, etc. The house is located in a safe gated neighborhood with 24 hour security. The well appointed grocery store is a 2 minute golf cart ride away! So convenient. I would recommend renting a golf cart for travel into Tamarindo. The house is a walkable distance, but you'll appreciate having a cart for sure. We will absolutely return to Casa Nya! Thank you, Five Star Tamarindo!

  We had a wonderful stay at Casa Nya. We were a group of 2 couples but the house could have fit another couple very comfortably. The entire house is beautiful and exactly as pictured. All of the appliances and finishes are top notch (vitamix, smeg appliances, dyson blowdryer, etc.) and the kitchen is fully equipped. The owners clearly thought of everything - lots of beach and pool towels, a cooler to take to the beach, etc.
  
  Five stat property management was also amazing. They were super responsive (we communicated via WhatsApp) and helped us book a golfcart and airport transfer. They answered our questions quickly and at all hours of the day.
  
  We would highly recommend renting a golfcart (if you do not rent a car). While the beach isn't that far of a walk (approx 15-20 minutes to the middle of town with lots of restaurants and bars), it is a long walk in the heat. Being able to zip around in the golfcart made a huge difference! The grocery store is a very close walk (less than 5 minutes), but still nice to have the golfcart so you don't have to carrry all your bags in the heat!
  
  Our favourite restarants were Pangas (a bit fanicer for Tamadindo, need a reservation) and the Dragonfly.
  
  Would love to visit Casa Nya again!!

  Fantastic safe location, walking distance to grocery store and into town. Clean and bright house, awesome pool and very private. Outdoor shower in master is outstanding.
