Indoor Features:

With capacity to accommodate up to sixteen guests, each bedroom is design with your ultimate comfort in mind and with luxury beds, linens, and pillows. The living areas are thoughtfully furnished to provide a space that invites to spend quality time while capturing the breathtaking ocean view from every room.

The 2 master rooms have a bathtub and internal double shower, for more privacy. A third junior suite features an outdoor shower to complement the ambiance. The property has 2 more spacious rooms; a colorful family room with 2 bunk beds (queen bed on the bottom and single bed on top), sleeping up to 6 people and another suite on the lower level with 2 queen beds. All 5 bedrooms have their own modern walk-in closets and spacious ensuite bathroom with double showers.

Equipped with top-of-the-line appliances including an industrial ice maker and a professional espresso machine from brands such as subzero and wolf, this kitchen is a singular mix of welcoming atmosphere and layered textures with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy.

An in-home gym awaits, offering an array of equipment (includes rowing machine and weight lift rack) to keep you active before taking a short walk to Tamarindo or Langosta beach, thanks to the luxury location of this property. Or you can enjoy a fun afternoon in the ping pong table & media room.

  Not often do I have a trip that so exceeds my expectations. We had a group of 10 that have travelled together a lotand we loved this house more than anything else. The private staff and concierge were fantastic. All the amenities of the house were superb. The views from the TOP of the hill were majestic. A quick walk to the private beach entrance on top of the infinity pool were just amazing. Even guards at the entrance 24/7 was a nice touch. I can’t wait to come back here.

  My wife, four kids and nanny stayed at the home over thanksgiving 2023 for a week. It was an incredible experience and we highly recommend this vacation rental property and the home staff that supported our stay! We travel a lot and tend to stay at very nice places but this property is probably the nicest - it is brand new and located very conveniently to both the beach and town. It is large and very comfortable.

  Home was beautiful from the front gate sliding to welcome us to the beautiful front door opening to an inviting entrance.
  The house kitchen has all the equipment you need from coffee to full meals.
  With the large living, dinning room and kitchen there is plenty of room. The dinning room table is made for family meals. The outside pool, patio and BarBQ area makes for wonderful nights waiting for the sunset which is over the top every night.
  Each bedroom has its own bath which makes it so nice for everyone. Bedding and beds and towels were wonderful. Plenty of space to empty suitcase and make your room your own.
  Walking to the beach is so easy and so much beach to walk or go to a restaurant along the beach. Close to town for shopping or eating.
  5 Star was very receptive to answer questions or ask for suggestions for things to do. CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK.
