Nestled within the nearly 5,000 acres of Hacienda Pinilla, a prestigious beachfront gated community with world famous golf courts, Casa Kila offers an unparalleled opportunity to stay at an incredible home in paradise. Casa Kila’s open-concept design seamlessly blends the kitchen, living room, and expansive terrace, creating a perfect space for entertaining. The gourmet kitchen boasts exotic quartz countertops and a center island, ideal for preparing meals while enjoying the company of loved ones. The living room beckons relaxation with a large screen television, while the terrace invites outdoor living with a comfortable lounge/outdoor kitchen – with a built-in BBQ grill, refrigerator, and ice maker – perfect for alfresco dining under the starry Costa Rican sky. The centerpiece of Casa Kila, however, is the oversized pool with Indonesian tile, in the midst of shaded terrace space and a grass lawn that promises hours of sunbathing and fun for all.

The master suite provides a sanctuary of tranquility. Featuring sliding glass doors leading out to the pool and terrace, the king-sized bedroom offers a haven of peace and relaxation. The luxurious master bathroom features double outside showers and a decadent garden-side jacuzzi tub, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploration. Two additional bedrooms, a Junior Suite with ensuite bathroom, and a cozy Bunkroom (with king bed on bottom and queen bed on top) provide ample space for family and guests. A gorgeous one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment offers additional privacy and is conveniently located next to the garage and laundry room.

Your stay at Casa Kila includes:
-Housekeeping 2 days per week.

Many beaches are all within easy reach, eliminating the need to stray far for a day of sun and sand. Situated just a 5-minute drive from five beaches, this exclusive vacation home is close to world-famous surf spots like Avellanas, a short distance away. To get around easily we recommend renting a car or golf cart, and our concierge can help you book these prior to your arrival.

  This was hands down the best Airbnb we've ever stayed in! It was the perfect home for our family of 8 (6 adults and 2 kids). The layout was ideal, with four spacious bedrooms, each featuring a comfortable king bed and its own bathroom, giving everyone plenty of space and privacy.
  
  The home was absolutely spotless and looked brand new. It was somehow even more beautiful in person than the photos—and that's saying something because the pictures are already stunning! You can tell the owners have put so much thought into every detail.
  
  It was stocked with everything we could possibly need—from hand soap, dish soap, cooking oil, spices, and pantry essentials to high-quality pots, pans, dishes, and plenty of silverware. It truly felt like a home away from home.
  
  The separate apartment was perfect for anyone who wanted a little extra privacy or wanted to stay up later watching TV without disturbing the rest of the group. It gave our family the flexibility to spread out while still enjoying time together.
  
  The outdoor space was incredible and where we spent most of our time. The pool was sparkling clean and such an amazing feature. We loved lounging on the outdoor sofas, watching movies in the evenings, and simply spending quality time together. The home is filled with beautiful windows and natural light, and the open layout made it easy to keep an eye on our 4-year-old whether she was playing inside or outside by the pool. It was the perfect setup for our family and gave us so much peace of mind.
  
  The home is also located in a secure, gated community, which we really appreciated. A special thank you to Karissa, the concierge, who was incredible! She helped us book excursions, made restaurant recommendations and reservations, and was always quick to answer questions. Her help made planning our vacation so easy.

  Everything about this trip was perfect. I kept waiting for something to be the one “not-perfect” thing. Never happened. The layout of the house is amazing, the beach club access makes it perfect. I couldn’t recommend this place anymore. We will 1000% be back. This area is incredibly safe, if you go, get out and explore it’s so worth it. Go to Tamarindo, go eat at Lola’s (sunset dinner there is unlike anything in the world). Five Star Tamarindo is perfect and will take care of everything. Communication is top notch! My fav vacation ever.
